The cab concept of the Econic brings you close to the road: thanks to your low seating position and the panoramic glazing, you can drive the Econic with foresight. For this purpose, you have a host of safety assistants on board: Cameras, sensors and additional lighting systems can help you to maintain an overview in critical situations: in busy city traffic, when turning, manoeuvring and reversing, or when there is a traffic jam behind the bend.
For everyday work. But not everyday.
The well thought-out design of the cab and all the functions of the Econic have exactly one goal: to support you and make your strenuous workday as pleasant as possible. Whether it’s the comfortable standing height in the cab or the sprung comfort suspension seat. There are many attractive equipment packages for the Econic.
Keep it safe.
The new electronic parking brake with Hold function combines easier handling, more comfort and greater safety: if you set the transmission to “D” or “R” when pulling away, it is automatically released. When you switch the ignition lock to the “OFF” position, it is locked again.
Forward-looking.
With the instrument cluster and centrally positioned display, you can quickly assimilate all the important vehicle information. The electric roller sunblind protects you from dazzling sunlight. The blind spot camera system helps you to maintain a good view of difficult-to-see areas around the vehicle, even when the roller blind is pulled down to the height of the exterior mirrors.
Room for productivity.
Whatever you plan to do with the Econic: its spacious cab offers you great freedom of movement and its sophisticated design ensures excellent working conditions. There is space for up to three front passengers next to you, depending on the intended use. Ideal for frequent stops: when pulling away, the folding door on the front passenger side closes automatically. Depending on the field of operation, a hinged door can alternatively be installed.
